      Our Conventional or QM (Qualified Mortgages) programs have the same or better rates than banks and have an average close time of 2 weeks. To qualify for a Conventional loan a borrower must have at least a 620 FICO score and prove their Ability to Repay the loan with full income verification. 

      A Non-QM loan does not meet the standards of a Conventional (QM) mortgage. Non-QM mortgages allow lower FICO scores (Down to a 500) and use non-traditional methods of income verification (No Tax Returns Required) to help a borrower get approved for a home loan.
